Sara Weekly Weigh In

How did I do this week?

Meh.

We spent a lot of the week running errands and getting things done. That means I didn't make it to hardly any of my workouts. It just goes to show you how crucial they are to a healthy lifestyle.

Plus, I ate cake. Lots and lots of cake.

Mmmm...tasty.

But not so great for the weight thing.

I guess it's time to buckle back down.

Again.

It seems as though this is my pattern.

I slip up.

I do better.

I slip up.

I do better.

I slip up...

I guess I'd better start doing better at doing better.

what's your goal weight? I finally gave up on those last 7 lbs or so cause clearly my body has decided it likes it where it is.

Well, my goal was to be at 170 by the time of Chey's wedding. But now that I've done so well, I'd like to make it to at least 60. Ideally, I'd love to be at 140.

If you only weigh 60 lbs at Chey's wedding I'll die! Especially since that will mean that you're probably dead and we all know that I can't live without you. Other than that I totally think that you'll be able to make your weight goal. You can do it!!!

Bwahaha! I agree Katie, I guess 60 is a tad low. Perhaps I should aim for 160. Yeah, that sounds better :)
