Chelsey - week ... something Weigh in, PLUS TIPS: Counting Calories

Hello all!

Since Sara has basically given up, (just teasing Sara) I guess its my turn to start posting every week, that is if anyone is even still following this.

My weigh in this week:

178.2

Yep. I dont remember my weigh in last week, but I think its like a pound or something. Not bad.

Thats 18 pounds lost! And only 13 more to go by August! It would be great to go back to my old 155, but if I make it to 165, I will be more than thrilled.

SO some tips, I know Counting Calories is a big fat pain in the butt, but you really dont have to do it forever. If you have never done it before, try it. Jsut for two weeks. I posted everything I ate and the calorie amount on the fridge every day so I could see where I was. It just makes you more aware of what foods are high in calorie and how much youa re actually eating a day. If I dont diet, I usually consume around 2500, thats way more than I should be. So now I ry to stick around1200 to 1400. But again, Im not counting anymore, but I am aware of around where Im at since I now know what things Im eating and what their calories are.

Okay, thats all for now. Next weeks goal is 176. But for right now, I fit into my old shirts!!! and that makes me happy. Not all of them, but some, its like a whole new wardrobe!

Sara Weigh In

Hello all! I have been a tad bit of a slacker. But here's the thing, I've been weighing myself often and it's still the same. I hover now around the 170 point. I've gotten to 169. Then back to 170. Then up to 172. Then back to 170.

So I just figured that was kind of boring. A whole lot of me at the same weight, there's not really much to tell. And really, I'm okay with that.

Would I love to lose more?

Yes.

But is that sustainable?

Probably not.

Which is really, kind of the point, right?

So we'll see. I promise to let you know if I gain or lose any more. But for now I am at 170 and it seems likely that's where I'll stay.

Sorry,- Chelsey

Hel;lo You all.
Sorry I havent posted..in like.. A month.. haha

Im really just honestly spacey. Sara said some of you were concerned, so I decided I better get off my lazy butt and post.

Anywho. Update! So, like amonth ago I got asn iud taken out and couple hormone shots, and got down to 181!!! But then easter happened and I havent honestly dieted since then, so TODAY I was 184.

But I did go get a gym membership, mostly to go tanning, but I find that once Im there I might as well workout while Im at it. I didwork out 5 out of 7 days last week. So this week I will try to incorporporate not eating cookie dough and cupcakes and see if the weight comes off. haha. :)
My goal is to get to 179 here in the next two weeks.
I must now go stop my toddler from eating a marker.
