I didn't forget! - Chelsey

Okay, I forgot.

Sorry for the absence. I guess it's probably time for a weigh in.

Today was 189.6

Tomorrow I'm offically 21 weeks pregnant

And Tuesday we found out it was ANOTHER girl.

You are only supposed to have gained 10 lbs at this point...But I'm not sure whether to go from 174 or 178. Because I did hit 174 probably the time I got pregnant, but it kept fluctuating back to 178. Either way so far I've gained a little too much

And it's all my fault. I haven't seemed to be able to get my lazy but to the gym. I blame pure laziness, and insomnia. I can't seem to sleep at all. Did anyone else have this problem while pregnant?

And now I have a debate. TO make Christmas Candy, or to not make Christmas candy? I love it, I want it, I want to make it...BUT if I make it, I'll eat it. I'd like to think I could give it all away, but we all know that won't happen. I will eat a grand portion, and not help me..or probably the baby. what to do...

Weigh-In

Today I weighed 189.6

Hurrah!! Downward at last!

It took a lot of focus, a decent amount of healthy eating, and plenty of exercise.

I'm just hoping I can keep it up throughout this week as well.

I'm going to stick with the same goals this week (I did fairly well on them this week and they seem to have helped).

Here I go again!!

Goals For The Week

Okay, I promised that I would share my goals and here they are.

I am doing a 10 day "cleanse" of sorts. I started Monday and will end...uh...10 days from Monday. I think that's the 14th.

Rules:
1. Hydrate - 3 large glasses of water daily
2. Exercise - at least 20 minutes every week day
3. Sleep - at least 7 hours every night
4. Avoid getting hungry - incorporate healthy snacks every couple of hours
5. Avoid treats- no soda and only one small treat per day
6. No food after dinner (to help cut down on nightly noshing and added calories)
7. No eating in front of the tv or computer - mindful eating only
8. Accountability- I have to e-mail my sister-in-law every day and tell her how I did that day. (I may have also talked her into joining me for support. Thanks Katie!)

Weigh In

Today I am still at 192. So that's good, I guess. Not down, but not up.

I did fairly well at attaining my goals. I exercised, I drank more water. I didn't do so great on the treats portion, but at the very least I was moving to help out with those.

I definitely have more goals for this week which I will share a bit later. :)
