Weigh-In

Today I weighed 189.6

Hurrah!! Downward at last!

It took a lot of focus, a decent amount of healthy eating, and plenty of exercise.

I'm just hoping I can keep it up throughout this week as well.

I'm going to stick with the same goals this week (I did fairly well on them this week and they seem to have helped).

Here I go again!!
