Goals For The Week

Okay, I promised that I would share my goals and here they are.

I am doing a 10 day "cleanse" of sorts. I started Monday and will end...uh...10 days from Monday. I think that's the 14th.

Rules:
1. Hydrate - 3 large glasses of water daily
2. Exercise - at least 20 minutes every week day
3. Sleep - at least 7 hours every night
4. Avoid getting hungry - incorporate healthy snacks every couple of hours
5. Avoid treats- no soda and only one small treat per day
6. No food after dinner (to help cut down on nightly noshing and added calories)
7. No eating in front of the tv or computer - mindful eating only
8. Accountability- I have to e-mail my sister-in-law every day and tell her how I did that day. (I may have also talked her into joining me for support. Thanks Katie!)
