Nevermind, read your last post. Hee. Well you have 2 options, work harder or be happy. 20 lb, loss is amazing! Remember that you are going toward maintainable weight I assume so working crazy hard one week to lose 5 more lbs will just mean it'll come back and make you sad. If you think you can work harder, cut back on some more food you could probably lose more, but don't do something unless you can continue to, know what I mean? (hence the reason I haven't lost any more weight. ;) )
I say hang in there. A couple of weeks at the same weight isn't bad. Maybe a little change in your workout might help...if you haven't tried that already. Plus, you are almost to your goal weight for August!! That is fabulous!! You are an inspiration to me. :)
