Yes, it's Tuesday. I realize that.
But I need help/advice and so I figured I'd just do a late Monday Mountain post.
Lately when I do my workouts I've been getting light-headed.
Like...really light-headed.
This is strange to me. I never even had that problem when I first started even though I was almost 30 pounds heavier and much less in shape.
I've tried drinking more water and eating a heartier breakfast (with protein) and it doesn't seem to help. I just get dizzy and have to stop and rest until the world rights itself again.
Any ideas? Suggestions?

In your smaller size, did you happen to buy smaller clothes? Since having a too-tight sports bra or other gym wear can cause light-headedness, I may check that first.
umm no suggestion here, that actually seems weird and if it happens every single time I'd suggest asking a doctor cause that's not good. :S
The possibilities I can think of is more iron or potassium??
Oh, Sage, why didn't I think of my super tight bra? Mwahaha!! You crack me up!
Abbey, I didn't think of that, but I was anemic when I was pregnant...perhaps it's come back? I'll try more iron, see if that helps. Thanks!
