It's that time again for me.
The holidays are over. The massive amount of sweets are put away. Life is back to it's typical routine...whatever that is around here. :)
It's time to buckle down once more.
I'm starting this week with three basic goals to get me back on track.
GOALS:
1. Attend at least two Zumba classes.
2. Consume only pre-proportioned treats.
3. No eating out.
What are your goals for the week?

I am doing this thing where I stack one new healthy goal every week. Last week every day I wrote down in my journal my first goal, and checked it off when I succeeded. It was "I will not eat fast food today" (I'm a junkie). I made it!! So this week is I will not eat fast food and will drink 60oz of water.
Ooh, that's an interesting idea! I'd love to hear how it goes for you. How long are you going to keep stacking them? (P.S. It is really hard to stop eating out. I love a quick, effortless meal! Even if I don't get a meal, I really long to stop and just get a little treat.)
I'm going to make it to at least one pilates class a week, and one tabatta or crossfit class. I'd like to get in 3 a week, but it's hard with kids.
And I'm going to try using my "core" in everything I do. My pilates teacher said that when you begin to use your core in every moment you will begin to see your body change, and she has an awesome body, so I'll believe her. So engaging my abs in all my thoughtful movements.
