Here's my week wrap up:
Goals:
. NO Soda! - PASSED.
2. Go to the grocery store and make healthy food choices. PASSED. Carrots for snack anyone? I think I might be turning orange.
3. Go to town and get a Gym Membership. - FAILED. But there is a reason. Austin talked me out of it being we are leaving for Yuma here in a week or so and he didn't want to pay for a full month and have me use two weeks. I wish I could say I worked out to replace it. But I didn't. And I have some good excuses... But they are jsut that...excuses. Just because I averaged 3-4 hours of sleep a night doesnt matter, I should have got off my tired, lazy butt, because not doing so caused this:

Goes to show what happens when you let your tiredness, laziness, and cramps take you over.
This week's GOAL. That's right, One goal, because I want to make this one a permanent goal I use for the rest of the year and that is...drumroll please.
BE FOOD FIT!!!
Awhile ago, Austin and I started getting our weekly recipes from FOODFIT.com, they have a weekly meal plan with every thing laid out for you. Sometimes the recipes sounded wierd, but they were amazingly delicious. We stopped when we got so busy with work, but now that I'm not working, I'm putting it back into place. And don't worry, I will test these crazy recipes like carmelized grapefruit and arugula pear salad and let you know how it is! They also come with a breakdown of your calories and nutritous info. Woot!
So here's to being food fit, which will hopefully make me body fit. I'll let you know how the first one turns out tomorrow!

Wow, a ready made meal plan? That's a fabulous idea! You'll definitely have to share how it's going. This week we'll both do great, I'm sure of it. 'Cause we're freakin' awesome like that!!
