Awesome Blog, I just saw this now since I am light years behind in blogging. Good luck. I am currently doing my own "behavior modification" project with my weight. It was an assignment in psychology to tackle anything you want to change about yourself. I find the biggest help for me is accepting the fact that just because I might mess up for one day doesn't mean I'm a failure. I have to start a new fight to not over eat EVERY SINGLE morning. For me I have to focus on the life style change. If I let up when I reach my weight goal I bounce right back up. Good luck ladies :)
