I don't have a picture to drumroll too, But austin did make sure to verify my weight before he left to boston this morning so I couldn't cheat.
And the verdict is in, I now weigh: 193
Not bad. I wish it were more, but like Sara, I need to remind myself to be patient. I'm one of those who if I don't lose 10 pounds in a week I get discouraged and quit. Why did they make losing weight so hard? Blast.
My goals for this week:
1. NO Soda! I was hoping to delay this for longer, but let's get serious. If I want to lose weight, I have to stop with my Dr. pepper and Mt. Dew cravings. No more.
2. Go to the grocery store and make healthy food choices. More fruits and Vegetables, less easy dinners.
3. Go to town Tuesday and get a Gym Membership. Then Immediatly use said membership and use at least 3 times total by the end of the week. At least not having a job will help me with time to do this, and luckily our gym has free daycare. A plus since Austin is in Boston and can't watch Bryners this week.
DEEP BREATH. Let's do this!
