Dear Journal (Day 5)

I ate well today.

Small portions.

(read: I was hungry)

I managed to stay at home, not eat any fast food, and control my snacking.

I went on a 45 min walk this evening and took the kids to the park.

Not too shabby.  Feeling pretty good.

Need to remember to hydrate more.
